“Love the look and comfort of these sandals. The back ankle straps do slip down my heels as I walk which is annoying, as the ankle straps are not attached to the top braid strap but just looped around the strap, so the loops slip down the top braid as I walk, which drops the ankle strap down the side of the foot. I keep the ankle straps done up on the tightest setting to help avoid this, but I think I might take them to a shoemaker to glue the ankle straps to a fixed place on the top braid strap.”

We're so sorry your experiencing this issue with your Jaeger 2 straps and certainly understand how annoying this must be.
As we all have different shaped feet, each style will fit everyone differently. With the Jaeger 2 style, we do recommend undoing the buckle to get the shoes on and off, so the ankle straps don't stretch considerably.
