“Look beautiful and feel very comfortable.... but the straps are so short they don't go anywhere near around my ankle.... absolutely disappointing. I can't get a refund either as they were on sale, not clearance and was told I can get a voucher that never runs out of date! Not much good if I can't get shoes to go around my ankles”
