We understand that the leather can be very rigid or 'hard' in the beginning. Some simple tips such as wearing the sneakers around the house with thick socks is a great way to provide the leather with warmth and friction and in turn help to speed up the softening process for you.
One of our customer service agents has tried to contact you and has also sent you an email outlining some leather softening suggestions.
