Thank-you for your time on the phone today to chat about the fit of your Moorhen. As they were purchased on sale, for any new/unworn shoes you are welcome to exchange them for an alternate size or return them for a store credit (that never expires) within 60 days of the purchase date.
We are more than happy to arrange an exchange for another style or colour, although these will be processed at full price. We cover the return postage. Please note with Final sale items, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges or store credits.
