“The shoes were soft enough to wear all day with constant walking. very good fit, wide front for those that need wide fitting shoes. Cant say much about the service at the Melbourne Manchester lane store though. We walked into the store and there were no customers and 4 staff standing around. we looked at the range of sneakers and one girl assistant (cant remember her name- tall and blonde, thin)asked if we needed help. I told her what we were looking for and she replied or rather mumbled something incoherrrent.The next thing i knew she turned and walked into the store room. she left us standing there confused as to what had happened. a gentleman assistant finally came over and helped us with our purchase. Meanwhile the girl who served us first returned babbling to her co-workers about her plans for the night. We were left quite perplexed and felt rudely treated. it was the most rude and odd service I have ever experienced in that store.”
