“The suitcases were great. It looks way better than it’s price, however the large suitcase had a tiny 2-3 cm tear on the inside part of the suitcase, the thread had come out, but the customer service gave option to either exchange it or restitch it with a refund of $60, and I took the refund instead and it is only a tiny tear to exchange it, I sewed it up at home instead to save the money! Very good customer service”
