“Mattress is super hard, can feel (and hear) all the springs when you lay down or roll over. The top layer is very thin and doesn't add any comfort. Had to buy a topper to make it somewhat comfortable.
The delivery was also poor as described in the reviews: stated I wasn't home (I was) and left the mattress downstairs so I had to lift it up one floor.
Definitely do NOT recommend.”
“The product was really good and the mattress is high quality. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the poor delivery. We live on the second floor and the mattress is 45kg but the delivery team left it on the ground floor and it was such a pain the bring it up. I wasn't even notified by the delivery team about its arrival. I wasn't expecting such poor delivery service from bargains especially considering how good the product is. Please ensure this doesn't happen next time.”
