“I emailed regarding a mistake in fabrication where the slide gate has had a retaining pin incorrectly attached to it. This should have been on the gate frame as per the p8ctures on the net. This means if the slide gate is open nothing retains the frame and it can swing which is a concern. I have received no response. I also paid for a spare wheel bracket which I have not received. Very poor after sales service overall.”
