“Honda unit is a gem, Black eagle element is less refined but is extremely versatile and does the job really well. I have a wiIey old hedge that's probably 10yrs past due trimming, and I have had to use a number of the different attachments and its been excellent. Its a good pairing and really and excellent price for what you get. Main criticisms would be the shoulder strap is built for a child and offers not much support back and arms aching after a while and the where you clip onto the shaft of the unit it rotates and allows, so often times the unit counterbalances and rotates to upside down when you're trying to put it over your shoulder or clipping it on. Also the off switch is positioned where it gets turned off inadvertently - luckily the unit can be started easily whilst its over your shoulder if its warmed up. overall pretty happy”
“The motor is really heavy and not something for suburban blocks but plenty of power there if you need to clear land. The pole saw fell apart in no time, Chinese junk”

Air filter cover was broken on delivery and gouges and scratches in other areas.
My biggest concern is that the throttle lock doesn’t work. With the attachments this is potentially very dangerous. I would like to know how this can be rectified please.”
“I’m very happy with it! It work perfectly. It can be a bit heavy with extension and the chainsaw gave to be retention after use a lot.
