“I'm a heavy set guy who needs a bike that can hold 150kgs. This bike was the only one that was rated for that - all others were at 120kg max. Works perfectly as an exercise bike should.
The customer service is also amazing. When I had an issue, they actually arranged to pick up the bike and repair it for me in such a short time.
