“Watch arrived with the wrong size connector on one strap; customer service shipped correct size and sent a $15 invoice for me to pay to correct their mistake. Edit: charges for the replacement were credited and reordered by CS @ no charge. Disappointed in the delays to be able to receive correct item and wear the watch band. CS was responsive. To be determined if the correct part shipped.”

“I bought 4 bands with this being one of them. Great quality and adapters for Apple 4 watch works perfectly. Just note, 22mm bands are smaller than factory for Apple 4 watch. Barton, can you make an adapter for Apple 4 watch that accepts 24mm bands?”

The only blip was I got charged customs duty on import and only found out later that ordering via Amazon directly would limit this, though it was well beyond Barton’s control.”
