“Customer service was great as I initially ordered a band that was too long and had an quick and easy exchange. The band itself is a great value and in first few weeks appears to be of good quality. The only knocks I have are that the color of the toffee band is lighter than expected. The second challenge is that the band is really stiff; even so, I'm sure it will mold to my wrist with time.”
