Not bad, but first one broke first day lucky they gave me a spare to install the strap.

The tool seems to be well-made, however the end, which seems to be used for pushing out spring bars through drilled lugs is too large. At least on my Seiko watches I was happy to note that additional replacement ends were supplied with the tool.

The spring bars in Barton watch straps are so convenient that the spring bar tool is not necessary.

Adequate tool. Not heavy duty but works well for typical watch owner.

It's certainly handy to have this spring bar tool. It comes with an extra set of tips which is nice. The tips screw into the handle. However, they are round. It would be good for the tips to have hexagonal shafts so they could be tightened in place with a small wrench or pliers. The handle itself is hexagonal (like a pencil) so that it won't roll off the table. Overall build quality is OK, not like German precision hand tools, but that's fine because A) the price is low, and B) for me this tool is only needed occasionally.
