So far the company seems rather shady and bogus. No real person to talk to either. Wanting a refund, not sure if that will happen either.”

“Received one of the two straps I ordered. The one I received didn't fit my watch (the strap was too thick). Also, the watch tool I received was bent. Tried to order replacements but customer service was so bad I just had them refund me for the strap I didn't get and I ate the cost of the other strap and the watch tool.
Ordered replacements from watchstrap tailor and was really impressed with the quality. A smidge more expensive but way better quality and much better customer service.”

“The tool works according to specifications despite the Awl end seeming a bit wobbly and fragile. Otherwise, it is a good tool to have around. I wish it was sturdy enough to pry a Watch back off to change a Battery, but I'm afraid the tool would break.”
