“I have been waiting for it for several weeks now. The first one never showed and a 2nd supposedly shipped. Still have not received it. Shipping status still shows it is waiting to be picked up by postal service, same as first order. My initial order confirmation was July 17th. I waited until the 26th and contacted you. 3 days later I received order confirmation that you shipped the replacement. 2.5 out of 5”
