“The product is nice for the cost, however I ordered 3 straps direct from Barton and got charged £15 customs and handling fees, around a third of the price of the total order. I appreciate that this would have been out of Barton’s control, but it left a bit of a bad taste. Sadly this means I won’t be able to order further straps as these charges mean they lose their value.”
“Perfect compliment to the ionic Fitbit. Get at 22mm adapter to attach the Fitbit quick connect and purchase any 22mm band. Canvas is comfortable and looks good with the ionic. It’s not waterproof like a silicone band , but dries pretty quickly. This is my second band from Barton, one silicone, one canvas, love them both. Takes about a week for shipping.”
“I returned as I had ordered the incorrect size. They refunded my money as soon as I emailed them before I returned and I recorded several straps. Great customer service!!! Straps were great when I received them. Quality is the best. They send two sizes so you know ots going to fit. The built in pin is phenomenal. Love these straps!!!!”
