Multiple apologies but no action. Very disappointed. The band itself “Cordura Hybrid” is very nice. I have many watch brands from numerous companies and this one is certainly very lightweight, comfortable and water-resistant. The quick release is a bonus. No complaint about the product. Unfortunately, the whole shopping experience has put me off ever buying again, which is a shame. Reading other reviews I do not think this is an isolated problem but a generic one. I have no clue why it would take so long to deliver. Barton sorts your sh** out and you could be great.”
