I selected the wrong buckle color when ordering a watch band. I corrected the order last minute but they accidentally sent me what I ordered first. Honest mistake. I was still happy with what I received but I just emailed them to clarify my order. I even told them that I was happy with the product and they did not need to send me another one since it was just a buckle. However, they insisted on sending me the correct buckle. When it came in the mail they actually sent me 2 additional bands, and told me to keep the one I received first.
Also, the silicone bands are incredibly comfortable. I thought they would feel cheaply made at this price point, but I was wrong.
