“I like the "Elite" silicone band much better than the soft silicone band: it's tapered and therefore easier to put on, it has more holes which leads to a better fit, and I like the look of the two tones (I got a black band with olive green underside).”
“I was initially wary of rubber and silicon straps because of my small wrists. I have 6.5ish inch wrists and I always have issues with the strap being too long and do not like excess strap ends that I cannot tuck away like a traditional nylon strap. I am glad a buddy of mine urged me to try it because both sizes are included. When I put it on it was a great experience. Much like other silicon straps, they are lint magnets. If you want to avoid this, I suggest lighter colors like a grey or even green and beige. I enjoyed the strap so much so that I ordered 4 more in different colors so that I can mix them up a bit! If you are interested and are on the fence, try one or buy one during one of the sales they have. They are definitely worth it.”
“It's more expensive than most bands. So my expectation was higher than most. I got it primarily because it was longer than the standard Garmin band. The silicone on the Garmin is a bit more subtle. The Barton band had a nicer shape and buckle.”
“I've gone through five straps trying to find the "perfect" strap for my Seiko Alpinst and finally, finally found one with this strap. Super comfortable and the ease of installation and strap keeper are perfect. The underside green lining goes perfectly with the green dial too. I hope this strap holds up because it's so nice.”
