“Website says item will be shipped in 2-5 business days. Item took a long time to ship. I received a tracking number but the status remained in "Shipment Ready for UPS." Needless to say, I never received the item. After almost a dozen emails etc (their online chat is almost never working) I finally received a refund. I am unable to review the product as I never received it but service was subpar.”
