“Tried to install this on a basic DW5600, and the fit is so tight I spent an hour trying to get the adapters installed and couldn't get the spring pins to fall into the holes in the watch frame, even with the aid of a jeweler's screwdriver. I had to buy a spring pin tool and break out the lighted magnifying glass to get the pins set in the holes. It's not going anywhere now, but boy it was not easy to install.”
“I am not knocking the adapters for appearance. I am knocking these adapters because they are kinda frustrating to install and they will not stay connected to the watch. Several times I have had a spring bar pop out while just wearing the watch. I am using the spring bars it came with, so no excuse there. I have bought quite a few straps from Barton and this lapse in quality is surprising. The G-Shock watches are for a rough environment. It would have been nice if these adapters would match that, my experience is that they do not.”

“Once installed, it makes my g-shock much more comfortable to wear. But, I thought I could never put them on. They are not well adjusted for this GW-M5610-1ER thus the springbars are seriously bent, which means I had quite a hard time putting it in both holes.”

Emailed customer service to see if it would fit my AWG-M100B, since it does have 16mm lug width.
Got no answer.
