“Absolutely and completely unacceptable experience:
1. I did not get my order and after a month in a half; tracking information shows nothing meaningful.
2. Order information was sent to the wrong email.
3. Customer support was unable to find order information based on plenty of attributes that I provided nor there was an attempt to find the lost parcel.”

So far, am very pleased with this watch band! It fit my watch perfectly and while a little stiff at first, it has softened after a month or so and is very comfortable to wear. How will it wear with time?? We'll see, but already considering ordering a brown one to go with it!
