“Nice leather watch band, but I have a problem with size. It says standard bands will fit up to 8" and my wrist is exactly 8". We are a bit small there, the band is not generous cut so I need about another 1/4" length so that my wrist doesn't look like it has a rubber band wrapped too tightly around it. Maybe better sizing instructions? Otherwise, nice watch band.”
“Excellent quality watch strap. The colour is lovely and it is very robust without being too chunky. The quick release is a brilliant feature. I had purchased the spring bar tool as well thinking I would need it to fit the new strap but I didn't have to use it at all.
I just want to commend the customer service. There was a long delay with the post (we are in Ireland) and my mother was getting very stressed not being able to wear the watch. Joseph in customer service very kindly shipped another strap and we had that before the original order. Thanks so much Joseph. “Strap arrived yesterday. Beautiful quality and looks very attractive and hard-wearing. I fit it today, the quick release is fantastic. I had also bought a spring bar tool thinking I would need it to fit the strap, I didn't. The quick release feature on the strap is really cool and so practice, why was this not thought of years ago. “Doesn’t”t fit, too small. Have to stretch to get it into the first hole in the strap. Are there No brown leather 18mm long straps ? Strap is u ncomfortable and just about useless. What do I do ?”
