To determine proper width for your watch, measure lug width where current band attaches. No need to remove spring bars (pins) to swap - Simply feed strap from top between spring bar and watch casing, behind watch head and up through the other spring bar. Run through stainless steel ring on short strap to secure watch head. If you wish to trim the length, cut as desired and expose cut end to a match or lighter flame to avoid fraying.

“This is a great watchband and it's the second time I've ordered the same one. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars, is that it's too long. It would be nice if you could offer several ones even smaller than this. I'm sure you have customers with small wrists. Right now I have it bend and tucked under, but it's hard to get off that way. And no, I'm old enough to not want to wear a children's watch. :)”

“I use the 18 mm straps on 2 of my main daily driver watches. No complaints that I can think of, I wash them regularly and the colour holds nicely, the nylon webbing is long lasting. You’d think a simple webbing strap is easy but i’ve owned no name ones that don’t stand up the same so I will be sticking with barton for the time being.”
