Each package contains four stainless steel 1.8mm diameter quick release spring bars, which can be inserted or removed without using a tool. Simply slide lever with finger to insert or remove from watch. Great for NATO style straps and as replacements in bands designed for use quick release spring bars.

“Very handy to swap over for the standard spring bars that some watchmakers still supply. I used these to attach the NATO straps I bought. Very easy to use. And they are inexpensive.”

“Release Spring Bars are ok. But the canvas watch bands way too thin! It's like they are made for a child's first watch. Because they are so thin they very uncomfortable and I can't stand to wear them very long. The nylon band are suitable and are my go to band at the moment. Much much better than the canvas bands.”
