“I can't say enough nice things about this company! I ordered the wrong size watch band to fit my husband's watch. I contacted customer service to get a return label and let them know he would need a refund, (he went in person to find one in the store to replace his) Not only were they prompt and courteous but they already started the refund before I even sent it back in the mail! Thanks and I will be ordering again for my watch!!”

“Very satisfied with the product so far! Installation was easy and the materials seem to be very high-quality. My one complaint is that the base of the buckle does not lie flush with the band, and so the rounded metal edges press into my wrist. I wear it a notch looser to avoid leaving red marks on my skin.”
