What was even more surprising is that I actually mis-typed the shipping address so the product got delivered to the wrong address. I was expecting & asked CS to charge my cc again, because the mistake was on my part and yet they said it's on them and have sent me a replacement for free. You know, I have a CS experience of around 5 years myself and have never offered such a good service to someone.

“This is my first watch strap from Barton and it's great. The quick swap mechanism is so easy to use - I really like being able to swap out the strap to match my outfit etc.
The silicone is very flexible and soft - it feels super soft in the hand, almost like a childs first watch that's soft on the skin.
I opted for black and it's truly black, I never see any marks or blemishes on it, it doesn't scuff. I've been wearing it for around 6-8 weeks and it looks like it did the day I got it.
My only criticism about the silicone band is because it's so soft and 'squidgy' it does collect lint of my shirt sleeves - dust just seems to like to stick to it. So I often have to give it a wipe clean. Addititionally the metal clasp has just started to shown signs of wear and tear - but in fairness I use this watch strap almost every day - so it's natural.
I pair it with a Mondaine watch and the Barton watch band has lasted way longer than the strap that the watch originally came with.
Overall happy and would purchase again.”
