“While the strap quality is just fine, I need a 20mm strap not the 18mm that was delivered. I emailed twice to two different accounts one of which promised a reply within 24 hours. So far I’ve had no communication at all. Honestly this is the worst customer service I have ever had with any online order.”

“I ordered this along with 2 other straps.
The quality of this particular strap is OK. While the texture is what I wanted, it looks like it has some sort of coating (wax?) that starts to fray quite quickly after a few uses. Yet to see if it disappears over time. The strap is also quite rigid at first, but softens up a bit after being used for a few days/weeks.
It came in good packaging. However, due to the fact that I opted for the cheapest mode of delivery and probably because of the current pandemic, delivery took almost 2 months.”

“Another recent one, that initially I thought it was a bit "stiff" however it has become more flexible with time and wearing. The sailcloth material is first class and I guess would be hard wearing and the lining appears to be a pale soft leather so nice on the wrist. Very happy with my purchase.”
