“I've been a customer of your company for a long period of time and have always been very happy with your products, but these sail cloth straps are horrible! There as stiff as a board and just don't break in !! I have contacted your company and told you of my experience, your response was to give them some time to break in , well that has not happened so I just have thrown them in the Garbage and lost my money!!”

“Bought 2 of these in two colors given success with last purchase. These new watch bands didn’t work given the circular shape of my watches. Seems that watches that require a radius to the watch and won’t accept the straight Barton version. You should offer the radiused version of your bands so customers can replace bands on watches like Suunto and Citizen. Thanks.”

“This watch band had a problem on one end where the pin was supposed to come out. The hole in the band was sealed shut so that the pin could not extend. I purchased a different band from Barton that was perfect.”
“I ordered a 22mm Sailcloth band for my Orient Kamasu and I could not be happier with it. The quality is really good for the price. The band seemed a bit stiff at first (as I had previously read in reviews before purchasing), but I gave it a band before wearing and it is now really comfortable after a few wears. Highly recommended if you like the Sailcloth look. Shipping was quick and the customer service was great.”
