“The watch band itself was well made and comfortable, but the keeper loops frayed on each exposed edge. The fibres of the sailcloth were not secured either through stitching or heat.
The end result was the watch band looked to be secured by several sets of fake eyelashes.
Having contacted customer support about the issue, they did respond quickly and sent out a replacement band which I very much appreciated.”

“Although your strap was well made I found it to be far too short, so short in fact I could not use it on the watch I bought it for.
Instead I had to put it on a larger watch and modify it by removing the first keeper and its still on the last hole.
This is partly my own fault I guess for having arms like a monkey but what can you do?
If we weren't in our present situation I would have returned it but other matters are more pressing.
I would be happy to buy from you guys again but I will be careful to mention I need Xl or XXL next time.

The result is a band that accommodates not only a wide variety of watch designs, but also wrist circumferences. Our quick release straps are generally designed to fit wrists between 5 1/2 and 8 inches in circumference. However, the size and geometry of the watch will also impact fit.
