“This is a nice watch roll with one serious flaw and one puzzling flaw. First, the serious flaw: Barton claims that the pouches will fit watches up to 46mm, but that seems impossible. My watches are 36mm and they are a tight fit. I can't imagine how you would fit a much larger watch in any pouch. Second, the puzzling flaw: the leather wrap cord is installed upside down, not just on mine but on the rolls pictured on the Barton webpage. What I mean is this: when you wrap the cord around the roll, the natural way to wrap the cord causes the unfinished side of the leather strap to be facing out rather than the finished side. It makes no sense. I may have a shoe repair shop flip the cord for me so that the cord wraps properly.”
