“The blanket was purchased for a Christmas present for my brother. Even though I ordered within time frame you stated for delivery in time for Christmas, it arrived 9 days after Christmas. I asked for a refund and you refused to give me one and said I could give the gift anytime during the year. It was a Christmas present and I had to buy another gift for my brother. I will never order from you again or recommend you to anyone!”

As we note clearly on our website, we need time to process and ship the order. Normally, it takes within 4 business days to process, and the next 7-10 days to deliver, however, due to the overload of orders recently and the lockdown, the processing and delivery time have taken longer than usual.
The couriers say that the shipping process will come normally in mid-January.
Clearly, we cannot deliver to you within 9 days. Hope you understand.
