“Actually the shower curtain is very nice. It's Baten Store I'm unhappy with. This is a Chinese company. They don't tell you that the item you buy is coming from China on a very slow boat! It took a full 3 weeks for the order to even ship. Then it took another 2 weeks before delivery. I had ordered something from Germany the same day I ordered from this company. The item from Germany shipped the same day and was at my door 4 days later. I had to make several inquiries about my order. Baten store did respond, but it didn't speed up the process any. I was pretty sure this company was a scam, and I was out my money. The item you buy will not be returnable. You will have to pay to ship it back to China. So - if you buy from this store, be prepared to wait at least a month for your package, and be prepared to keep it.”
