Normally, it takes 5-7 days to process the rugs and the next 7-9 days to deliver. However, due to the overload of orders recently and the Global impacts of COVID-19, the processing and delivery time have taken longer than expected.
It's expected to be normal from the Mid-January. Hope you will understand.

I've checked your order and noticed that you chose the size 31"x20" which is the basic and smallest size of 8 sizes. The biggest size is 84x60''.
We note the measurements clearly on the website. Hope you understand.
