“Although the item(s) received were similar in appearance, the actual item(s) do not match the picture. The item(s) received do not present the illusion of a "hole" at all. It gives the impression of 'water (?)' flowing into a cave/tunnel.”

“Disappointed. Rug doesn't look as good as photo and is flimsy. Took a very long time to arrive. I chose this vendor because they are based -- per website -- in San Francisco; however, this is a Chinese company. They were, however, responsive to my email regarding delivery delay. Would not purchase from this company again.”

Thanks for your feedback. Our factory uses a soft material having fluffy on the surface for a better feeling. So, it might be quite soft and light. We will try our best to improve the quality of the rugs.
Most of our products are made and shipped from the USA, the rugs and shower curtains are shipped from our second factory located in China, so they are will be shipped from there.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and the long delivery. Normally, it takes 5-7 days to process and the next 7-9 days to arrive. However, the shipping and delivery time have taken longer than expected due to the overload of orders recently and the Global impacts of COVID-19, the shipping process might be delayed sometimes.
