It all has to do with the camera, not the rug.

“Im completely disappointed and feel deceived with this rug! Nothing compared to the picture advertised! Also the packaging made indents that don not seem can be fixed because it looks like permanent indents like something was laying in it through transportation. Also the picture advertised the illusion is in the middle and in my picture it looks off. I hope this vendor contacts me to try to make this right in some way for me!”

“This isn't the size rug I bought, but it is the same design. I believe I purchased the 60"x39" but I'd assume they would look the same. While the shipping was an issue as a result of the Covid 19 situation, the rug itself lived up to expectations. I bought it for a friend for Christmas and seeing it in their house was pretty impressive. It really has the 3D effect and the colors are very nice. I feel 1) the larger the rug and 2) if you can have it where you're somewhat above it, really adds to the presentation. This rug is on a landing with a living room above. Looks really neat. Thanks for a very nice product!”

“Rug is not same design as picture, low quality, more of a blanket then a rug. Shipping was terrible over a month and no communication with shipping status.”

“Rug is cheaply made, very thin and image is not as 3D looking as shown on website. When you walk on the rug, the fibers change direction and part of the image will turn white.
I had a problem with my order not being confirmed by email. I got an email from Baten saying I had left something in my cart. I tried to communicate with them online but got no response. Went back in and tried to fix the order. Still no confirmation of order. I was concerned and emailed them back next day to find out if they had one or two orders, and if two, to cancel one as I needed only one rug. No response for many days. Only after the two orders shipped out did I hear anything from them. I tried to cancel and they refused to allow cancellations or returns. When the rug arrived it was jammed into a bag much too small for the rug. Rug was 5'x8' but the bag was only about 12 inches in either direction, so the rug came out very very very wrinkled and the image is white along those wrinkle lines.
Bad service, bad reflection of the image, bad return policy. Will never buy from these guys again and will post this on other review sites also so no one else falls victim.”
