“Prompt delivery, good looking toilet, and the extra height is very nice. However, on installation, the chain within the toilet cistern was found to be too short, and my plumber had to find a solution. He eventually used a paperclip to extend the length of the chain, and the toilet flush now works very well. I hope the paperclip lasts a long time.”
