“I made the mistake of getting a replacement battery from a local battery store for 12.50. The replacing person scrubbed the interior of my five year old remote destroying it. Then offered me a replacement for $75.00 I went on line and bought a replacement unit for $26 including postage. It arrived 3 days later and after trying to get old unit to work 50 times was wary of new unit. It worked first try. Thank you for rapid service and a new reliable remote.”
