“I recently lost battery power to my Dyson and not sure whether it was the battery or the charger, I ordered both to replace which ever was broken. I considered the cost to be good value for both. I was away during delivery, so the items were at home on my return. I charged the new battery with the new charger, and then attempted to charge my old battery, with the new charger, but failed. Did the old charger kill the old battery, or did the old battery just die a natural recharging death? I do not know. But I had piece of mind to have the new charger with the new battery, thus no worries about the old charger killing my new battery. Do yourself a favour and get a new charger with a new battery and have no issues with the old charger killing your new battery, and for the cost, cheaper than a new battery.”
