“I ordered a replacement battery for my Dyson vacuum cleaner. It arrived quickly and appears the right shape but it didn’t have the three screws needed to attach it. I guess they assume that we keep the old ones but I’ve mislaid them since detaching the old battery.
I contacted the seller and asked if they had any screws and got a one line response saying no.
I’ve bought spare batteries before from other sellers and screws are always included.
Fortunately I’ve found a seller online where I’ve order the three tiny screws (for $15!) but still believe that they should have come from the battery seller.”
