“I received the battery within a few days. Unfortunately it ran for 30 seconds and then the red error light on the V8 Dyson happened. I emailed batterymate and they sent a reply paid slip to print out and I mailed the problem battery back. A week later the 2nd battery arrived and it is running well. I am not concerned about the first battery fail, these things are bound to happen occasionally. I was impressed how this business dealt with the problem. Well done!”
