“My original cable wire failed at the juncture with connection.
BM supplied a very economical (AU$34) replacement. No problems and very happy ...
... until, within 24 hrs, the transformer component 'popped' and smoked. Big problem and not happy.
But BM responded and after asking for details and a pic, were happy to send replacement at 'no charge' (pun?)
4 weeks later, now all is well.
The replacement connector is still working well.
