“Shears are ok for small diameter (up to 10mm) in harder wood. Will do up to 25mm in very soft fleshy vegetation only. Battery life is good with about 2.5 to 3 hours pruning per battery doing light pruning of citrus trees. Quality seems pretty good for the price. These reduce strain due to carpel tunnel and arthritis but don’t expect to be pruning thick, tough branches with them. When they jamb up in tough wood you need to remove and reconnect the battery to get them to start up again. This can be a bit annoying when it happens in rapid succession but I guess it is protection against motor or battery overload. Still worth the price even with its limitations in my opinion for home gardeners.”
