I received a message the day after I placed the order, to say the batteries were on their way. Almost two weeks have passed NO DELIVERY!!!
I traced the Aust Post tracking yesterday, Aust Post confirmed that the goods were not in the system (only the manifest)!
I called BatteryMate yesterday, only to be told that you had Run Out Stock?????
I did not receive any correspondence from BatteryMate, I had to chase my order and call BatteryMate to find out what was happening?!!!!
I don’t mind the fact that you ran out of stock, but you could have notified me!
Having said all that, my wife and I are looking fwd to receiving our 2 new / replacement DYSON SVO6 Battery’s, thank you!”
