“I placed a second order with your company, using the adapter number on my original part. Delivery was excellent, came day. Unfortunately, the adapter was not compatible with my laptop. Four or five emails later despite providing pictures and additional information, and advising your contacts that the link will not work for me. I have been unable to get approval to send back my purchase. Very annoyed that no one answers the telephone, if I can’t order online without easily returning incorrect item, I won’t be able to order from you in the future. I also offered to pay return postage myself.. Still no joy!”
