“When l was placing my order I inadvertently ordered an additional battery which was not for the same model Dyson. I emailed Battery Mate within about ten minutes to try to change the order but was advised that it was too late.
When the batteries arrived there were two of the same batteries. I have been advised that rotating the battery every six months will prolong their life so having two batteries instead of one may end up okay.”
