“I’ve not used this generic brand replacement motorised head many times yet but my observations so far are all positive. It’s MUCH cheaper than the dyson original. It Certainly seems at least as well made and as durable if not more so , the design of the mechanism to remove the spinning brushes for cleaning is clearly superior in that it’s easier to use and appears more robust than dysons.
It certainly cleans at least as well as the original and the LED lights on the front although they at first appeared a bit gimmicky actually do help in the dark recesses under the kitchen table. The head that came with my dyson v6 burnt out its motor out after 2 years. Its hard to be definitive but I believe I take good care of my appliances so I thought 2 years was pretty rubbish. Time will tell if this replacement last as long or longer but its off to a better start”
