“They sent me a different remote than I ordered which was disappointing as the one I ordered I’d had years ago and it was solid. They gave me 2 with 4 buttons. The buttons are flimsy. One remote works well, the other only one of the 4 buttons works. I have 2 roller doors so that one is no good to me. I contacted customer service and it took a second email to get a reply. They didn’t tell me but they refunded my $40 which was appreciated but I would have rather Ed receive the 2 remotes I originally ordered. Not sure if I’ll buy anything here again as customer service is slack.”

“The item I bought was the same as the one described (garage remote), the specifications matched the one I needed (PTX-5 V1). Pricing was fair, I do wish I bought another.
The shipping did take a little longer than described but could have also been due to the long weekend in the middle.
All in all, I'm satisfied with the purchase.”
