“I ordered both a battery and a battery charger on July 6. Although I got the battery less than a week later, the charger was missing. An email to Battery Wholesale indicated they were out of stock for the charger, but they did send a replacement charger that was similar, which I received with the promise to send the originally ordered charger as soon as it was in stock. With responsiveness to customerxs concerns and a willingness to satisfy a customerxs needs, I would order again.”
