“I had a mixed experience with this purchase. Everything went smoothly initially but the product did not arrive on time. In fact it was almost 2 weeks late. However, Keryn, from Bay Sports fixed the problem immediately and the Yakima Racks arrived the following day. Thanks Keryn. The Showdown racks work very well, especially carrying a heavy fishing kayak, but the advertising info needed to outline the difficulty shorter people would have loading and unloading and that this problem would be multiplied for those who have racks on a higher than normal car. In general I am very happy with the “Showdown” and with the customer service provided by Bay Sports.”
